Pradheep Raj A.R, As a Founder of the Little Stepping Stones International Nursery and Primary school, I am an inspirational educator. I hugely inspire our staffs, parents and kids to bring our school being the frontrunner for successful curriculum programs. My vision is simple – to provide extraordinary education for the local and beyond community and to break the stereotypic view that best education is believed to be given with higher fee structure. That has set us on a journey and unconditionally drives us every day for more! I have an ardent passion for education, firmly believes that no child shall be left behind, overall well- being is inevitable for academic success and that we must attend to the development of the whole child to achieve excellence in academic spheres. We are what we are because of our monumental efforts and trust in the LSS Family! I enjoy my unique brilliance with commendable execution power to complete infrastructure projects of our campuses comfortably. My constant focus is on the safety of children and appreciating numerous facilities to enrich learning experience! I will forever continue to be the supportive pillar always and forever! I strive to inspire the team to deliver more and better year on year and to stay grounded. With 2 campuses now at Madurai– Anna Nagar , Race Course I have come a long way as an expert to bring about strategies and to ensure campuses remain organic and unique. Curriculum and instructional design, teacher training, academic administration, team building and strategic management are my strengths.
